OUR STORY
Why we started Rentinit.
We rented in Dubai. We managed properties in Dubai. We saw both sides: tenants chasing an update on a repair, and landlords trying to keep lease dates, rent records and contractor messages in step. Too much of the work lived in scattered conversations and spreadsheets.
So we built Rentinit: Hazel, an AI property manager on WhatsApp, and a shared console for the people responsible for the property. Tenant onboarding, lease paperwork, rent records, maintenance and renewals belong together. Hazel helps keep them moving, with the landlord or manager involved in the decisions that need them.
