INTRODUCTION

rentinit L.L.C-FZ, a Limited Liability Company with its principal offices at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. ("rentinit", "us", "we", or "our") operates the Rentinit and bondoq products and websites (the "Platform"). We provide software for rental property transactions, property management workflows and real estate agency automation (the "Services"). This shared Privacy Policy applies to both products; bondoq is a product of rentinit L.L.C-FZ, not a separate legal entity.

This Privacy Policy informs you of how information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by us. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Platform Terms of Service. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.

THE DATA WE COLLECT

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, date of birth, nationality, official identification documents (Emirates ID, passport, visa), photographs of you, and verification data.
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers, and emergency contact information.
• Financial Data includes bank account details, payment card details, income verification, credit history, and transaction history.
• Property Data includes property details, ownership documentation, title deeds, rental history, and property condition records.
• Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of services you have purchased from us, rental agreements, payment history, and rental deposits.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this platform.
• Profile Data includes your username and password, preferences, rental history, feedback, and survey responses.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our platform and services.
• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving communications from us and your communication preferences.
• Lead and Conversation Data includes enquiries, message history, property interests, qualification responses, contact availability, outreach outcomes and opt-out preferences processed through agency automation services.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity.

Special Categories of Personal Data

We may collect and process special categories of personal data when conducting verification processes as required by applicable laws and regulations, including applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements.

If You Fail to Provide Personal Data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

Direct Interactions

You may give us your Identity, Contact, Financial, and Property Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:

• Create an account on our platform
• Add a property for rental transactions
• Apply to rent a property
• Complete our verification process
• Make or receive payments through our platform
• Execute rental agreements
• Request communications to be sent to you
• Submit feedback or contact us
• Exchange messages with an agency through its assistant

Automated Technologies or Interactions

As you interact with our platform, we will automatically collect Technical Data about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs, and other similar technologies.

Third Parties or Publicly Available Sources

We will receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below:

• Lead, Contact, Property and Conversation Data provided by agency customers through configured CRM integrations or uploaded extracts such as CSV files
• Identity and Contact Data from UAE Pass and other official identity verification systems
• Property ownership data from Dubai Land Department and other relevant government authorities
• Identity verification data from our verification partners
• Payment records entered by landlords and their appointed managers
• Technical Data from analytics providers
• Contact, Financial, and Transaction Data from providers of technical, payment, and delivery services
• Identity and Contact Data from publicly available sources such as government registries

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

For agency automation, we process the agency's lead and conversation data to provide the workflows it configures, including enquiry handling, qualification, dormant lead outreach, updated interest classification and relevant property opportunities. Results are made available to authorised agency users and through configured CRM integrations or exports. These uses remain subject to the applicable lawful basis and communication preferences described in this Policy.

Purposes for Which We Will Use Your Personal Data

We have set out below a description of all the ways we plan to use your personal data, and the legal bases we rely on to do so.

Marketing and Communications

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around communications.

We may use your Identity, Contact, Technical, Usage and Profile Data to form a view on what services may be relevant or of interest to you.

You will receive communications from us if you have requested information from us or purchased services from us and you have not opted out of receiving communications.

Opting Out

You can ask us to stop sending you communications at any time by following the opt-out links on any message sent to you or by contacting us at any time.

Cookies

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this platform may become inaccessible or not function properly.

Change of Purpose

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

• Dubai Land Department and other government authorities for Ejari registration and regulatory compliance
• Regulators and other authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances
• Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Our hosting and data storage infrastructure is located within the UAE. We may transfer data outside the UAE in the following circumstances:

• To service providers located outside the UAE
• When legally required to do so
• With your explicit consent

When we transfer data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including standard contractual clauses and encryption.

DATA SECURITY

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. These measures include:

No Fee Usually Required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

What We May Need From You

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data. This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Time Limit to Respond

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

We do not currently use automated decision-making, including tenant scoring, to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Should such processing be introduced, we will update this policy, explain the categories of factors considered, and give you the right to request human review.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

As our services involve property transactions and identity verification, we operate in compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations. This includes:

• Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements
• Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) requirements
